Fun Stampers Journey (FSJ) was a Direct Sales startup company in Phoenix with a mission to "create a colorful life" by empowering Journey Coaches to sell product in a tiered reward system. In 2018, FSJ merged with retail crafting company, Spellbinders.

Generated and tracked analytics in strategic advertising campaigns for a direct sales startup paper crafting company.

· Collaborated with VP of Marketing to plan and execute corporation’s marketing strategy with consideration of Key Performance through multi-channel initiatives.

· Oversee graphic design team productivity for digital marketing output.

· Prepare marketing and advertising strategies for direct sales associates and for the Brand. Increased website traffic through targeted social media campaigns, managed content calendar to drive incremental sales.

Selected Accomplishments:
Lead manager for the company’s annual convention, seeing over 500 attendees and generating $1.5M net revenue.
